From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making us feel right at home. The resort itself is a paradise, nestled in a breathtaking location with stunning views. The rooms were luxurious and impeccably clean, with every detail thoughtfully curated for comfort and relaxation. Its a must go to place with family and also baby friendly 😊

it was an exceptional experience! The staff, led by the wonderful Ms. Paramjyot Kaur, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless and comfortable, with a beautiful view. pathetic service pathetic service management for water bottle it will take minimum 30 minutes & average two reminders room cleaning minimum 2 hours and 2 to 3 reminders internet tv not functional, no body knows how to fix it.....i fixed myself by setting changes horrible service management will surely kill this beautiful property. property was excellent food was good though valet service was good

The services and specially the hospitality was just amazing. Little far from main city, thus no hustle bustle of crowd. Food was great though little expensive where a simple dal could cost you Rs.500 and Roti Rs.100. The ambience is very relaxing and so are the rooms which were quite big in size with a large bathroom. Pool area and garden area

I stayed there with my husband and cousins. It's a pretty great place. The hotel has a nice ambience. On my husband birthday, they surprised me with a fruity cake complimentry. I would especially like to thank nazish Ahmad for excellent room service and pricing, as well as Chandan Singh.

Food is not good, slow service- they have limited staff for room service, power issue, except ambience all were not good. We have experienced 4 star standard property stay, Name should be Essentia Standard Resprt and Spa. Except ambience everything we did not like

Awesome property but lots of mosquitos in room front desk behaviour is not good. I'm calling several times to clean my room and waiting 3 to 4 hours. food is average. My suggestion to management please improve your your staff behaviour.

essentia is a very soothing and tranquil place located on a hill. it's very serene and a newly built property. staff is courteous and highly professional. rooms are really spacious and well furnished. i thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
