allotted room not even worthy of paid GST rate and it's not upto mark as shown in image's before booking.The allotted room looks like a storage room having grilled slide doors and covered with curtains.. Bathroom window having big hole so I left from hotel before bath i.e 5.30 amtoo much rat killing smell..and floor is too wet and oily.and finally I felt guilty from check -in onwards and it spoils my first outdoor atmosphere after marriage...

Pathetic experience. They are simply looting people during season time by charging As usual Oyo has managed it's reputation by partnering with these kind of hotels. The exact name of the Hotel is SK Residency but shows Lyzoo SK Residency.Worst ever experience in any hotel on my entire life with this high price. It's a third class hotel at the price of high class hotel.Never stay or book unless

Very Bad experience..it was our new year plan to visit Ooty and unfortunately, we booked our stay at this hotel. it was a very small room with just a cot, table and chair. there was a heater which was not working and not even soap in the bathroom.. yellow water coming from the pipe.totally horrible.please don't book your stay here.
