It was an excellent hotel with reasonably priced and the convenient location for our purpose of visit. Check in was prompt, and surprisingly credit card details were not demanded. They have a beautiful fish at the reception...must see. Rooms: We stayed there only for one night and the room we got was on the 3rd floor on the road facing so with a view of green tree tops and the street below. The deluxe double room was spacious and well furnished, maintained in terms of cleanliness and other requirements and comfortable. Rooms are well insulated from noise pollution. The bed was very much comfortable. They kept an apple and a banana in the room every day. Rooms had nice security arrangements. The room had a hair drier and an electric kettle. But I found quit difficult to connect their Wi-Fi as there was some issue quit frequent. Overall a Very Good Experience and its central location plus the fact it had 24hrs checkout was helpful.

1st i was offered a very bad room where it is smelling like a junkyard.next i was transferred to a different room.in washroom there is no ventilation. then after check out i was called by the hotel 3,4 times because the room key was with me only.they have not collected it when I checked out,they are asking Rs 500 to deposit to a bank ac from me because mistakenly i have brought the key with me. I know I should have returned it to reception ,but it is also hotel's duty to collect the same. it was surprised that they were asking Rs 500 for that key. it is a very very pathetic experience & i will not recommend anyone to go to this hotel.

bad... not value for money at all.... the hotel has no restaurant.... that says it all....you enter at ground floor into a bar... well that says it all if u r planning to stay with family. the restaurant staff itself prevent u from dining at the restaurant ground floor saying it's Italian.... the facilities were by no means 3 star....mini bar was empty, no proper hot water in taps, the power goes often disturbing the ac..... not at all worth the price....

Decent place for a single night stay. They need to improve their in room dining, it’s literally taking close to an hour of waiting. Otherwise prompt service and as requested they were able to provide hot water etc at 230 AM. So good service on that count BUT the hotel had a BROKEN AC in one of the rooms and they couldn’t repair it on time, so my guests had to sleep with an Ac! Unacceptable!

We stayed in this hotel and found it very comfortable place to stay. Didn't had even a minor issue with the behavior of the people ,they are very cooperative and cordial. Location is very nice ,its quite easy to reach. Service is really appreciable. Overall everything was quite satisfactory and i had a good time in this hotel.

Room walls need to be painted again or cleaned properly so that spots on wall be removed.AC operation must be smooth and remote sometimes does not work assistance is needed from house keeping.Carpet on floor needs proper cleaning.On the whole service and appearance is good but minutely viewed needs improvement.

Good hotel for overnight stay. rooms are clean and room service was fast. Nothing stands out though as this is expected. no fuzz kind of stay. I would have rated 4 star but spotted a few tiny cockroaches in the room so the 3 star rating. would recommend caretakers to address that.

...this is worst stay I ever had.disco is going full blast and even after my complaint to reception,they don't reduce noise.please avoid this hotel, otherwise you will lose your sleep.your room will be blasting with disco sound.absikutely insensitive hotel management..

Ideal location ,well maintained, good service for dinner, near by good restaurants available for sumptuous breakfast, morning walkers can enjoy stretch of 8 km walkathon and enjoy Besant Nagar Beach . Centrally located easy access to Places

There is a discotheque and the noise comes into the room till midnight.management is least bothered.you will lose sleep One of the worst breakfast.oily,spicy and very few options. Many many better options in Chennai

Rooms are clean, prompt service, good air-conditioner, good size of the room location wise really good, except Restaurant, its costly. But there are so many food joints n restaurants just near by so manageable.
