It's very amazing hotel located at the top of the Hill in Suryanelli. Very serene and quite with a view of lush tea estate and the beautiful view of lake and mountains. Wrapped in clouds the top most resort in the locality. We still cherish the moment i had spent in this lovely place. The best place to admire nature the construction and design of the resort is pretty awsome that you land up on the top floor to park your vehicle. The Bungalow design is look like cruiser. If you are a nature lover you can't miss this place. Beautiful Birds sounds of nature in the early morning and late nights. Adds up to the beauty of this place. Capithan's Bungalow gives us Europe style residence with high quality apartment. We enjoyed a lot. Everything about the property is very good. Especially friendly and caring manager and other staffs. Homely food. Rest we had a lovely stay there. We will surely visit again for more days. The room was large, quiet, and serene. We had a huge private balcony to see lake , mountains, tea nd Cadamom estates. It's a super couple friendly Hotel. The staffs was very accommodating with homely food. We felt so comfortable with the friendly staffs.

I had visited during the Diwali weekend - 2017 along with my family. I faced a bit of challenge locating the place owing to the signal loss on Google maps. Property: It is a beautiful property with awesome views. The property is located higher than most of the other hotels, and therefore has excellent view of the surroundings. The property has small waterfalls and tea plantations nearby, which is accessible by short walk or by Jeep. Food and Service: They have limited food options, where you order in advance for your lunch and dinner. However, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The property manager Mr Saju is very cordial and helpful. I would recommend Capithan's Bungalow for a quite stay away from the hustle and bustle of city.

If you want to take a break from your daily routine work and to relax with your family members this is the best place you can opt for. The place is surrounded by tea plantations and tall trees covered with mist throughout the day.The place is best suitable for people who love to be private without any disturbance and the scenery view makes you feel like you are in heaven.

It is the best place to stay if you are nature lover though it is little away from Munnar town and connecting roads are shabby however once you reach the hotel, you would not regret the travel. Room service and food quality is awesome. Staff behaviour is very courtious specially manager's behaviour.Highly recommended.

Nice location..Near to Kolukkumalai trekking point(1.5-2km). Road to resort is in good condition. Good Management, neat and spacious room with mini kitchen and a balcony. There is a tea estate near to the resort where you can go for a morning walk. View from the balcony is awesome. Food is average.

I loved the stay at capitan banglalow. The infrastructure was excellent, it is like a deck shape that was really cool.The view from this hotel is the best part of the resort.We can see the mountain from the resort.And saying about the food,hand off to the chef for the delicious food serve for us.

Amazing, This property is located in the midst of a tea plantation and near to Harrison Malayalam tea plantation. You will get a beautiful scenic view of a wide vallies and mountains from your balcony. The staffs are very helpful and preffessional. Rooms are wide and have privacy.

Property manager Saju and all staff were helping, on time, polite and always with a smile :) It takes an hour to reach hotel from the Munnar city but it worths as the location is so clam and feels like natural heaven.

The hotel is ideally placed in the middle of the Tea Gardens, but the calmness and peacefulness are not matched anywhere else in munnar. Food was awesome.The staff were polite and courteous.
