I had a comfortable stay at Express in last week. There are few things which can be improved, 1. Room Service is pretty bad – it took almost an hour for a coffee 2. The only food option is to go with the buffet they have for dinner. The staff discourages the ala-carte menu options and it can take forever to get the order delivered. Frankly is speaking buffet is not worth Rs.700 3. The breakfast buffet menu is absolutely same every day !!! The good things are, 1. The location is good for a business traveler 2. Spacious rooms and neat 3. Good enough amenities for few days stay – pool, gym, steam bath and sona.

Hotel is good but somehow I didn't get the feel of staying in STAR or luxurious hotel, not a good hospitality, it was like hotel staff needs big time motivation. Food is very expensive & not at all Value for money. Few activities are impressive lyke Pooltable, table tennis, gym. One big time improvement required is TV, I mean switch to LED or LCD at least, who wants to watch 21nch box TV. Further complimentary breakfast & non veg buffet is monotonous I stayed for more than week & after 3 days it was like ajj bhi yahi. As a whole if you stayed in Rjkt or Ahm hotels then it may not give you feel good factor.

Hotel service is poor. Hotel doesnt give invoice print even after request. dont ever book this hotel through hotel booking apps. you definitely feel bitter experience. Hotel force to take buffet meal instead as per your choice. buffet costing 600/- & not getting any good food. hotel ambience is very dull & feel laziness. In toilet, you dont find spray to wash. after paying so much fare, you will have to watch CRT tv of 19inch size... disgustingggg. nowadays even lodge also keep LCD tv in room.

the only attraction is that Hotel is very near to Reliance Refinery otherwise it is not suggested. location is very remote and hotel charged more than INR 200 per kilometre for Indigo Taxi. Rooms are located very far from reception and you have to walk a lot to reach room. rooms are provided with old bow type TV which do not work, no cable no set top no entertainment. even Wi Fi is found chargeable as high as INR 450 per day.

not value for money. excellent service by restaurant staff, were very energetic, kind and polite. housekeeping staff were very efficient and courteous. no water spray in washroom, we are not in foreign countries. improvement needed in food quality, not delicious. huge improvement needed for staff at reception, one of them was very arrogant and rude.

This hotel was not exact Jamnagar, It was 23 Km away from the Jamnagar city. Hotel was outer located, in the Industrial area. Otherwise the hotel staff was not helping. Just a single person on the reception was taking care of all the things. And no room services. Room was specious but not so impressive. Recommended only for a business stay.

Hotel Express residency is a nice property. Neat and clean room. Everything was well managed. The services are quite good. Overall the stay was good. Hotel is well suitable for business class people.
