At first, when I reached the location, the hotel was closed.. there was small paper where alternative no. was wrtitten with pen.The owner is one foreigner, aged lady who lives on the same property, no staff, just speaks english, and asked to learn English if you don't talk to her in her preferred language.The corridor passes through the hall of her house which smells like a mix of smoke and alcohol.She saves electricity by keeping the corridor in the dark.. do not provide complimentary water, even do not hesitate to say drink tap water.I doubt there was a privacy issue too...room might be opened in my absence though there was no room cleaning.
