very nice experience at Fab Comfort stays. location is just 4 minutes walking to Miramar beach. Room is very big and clean. all the necessary facilities are available in room. Kunal is nice person and very prompt in attending guest. ample Parking space is plus point. happy to visit again As family I like room cleanness, hot and cold water, AC , TV all the service appreciable. safe place and very peaceful stay. additionally if they provided electric kettle in the room then that will be amazing.

there is a problem with the ac in all the rooms, the ac only turns on and off, you cannot set the temperature. the room we were allotted didn't even have a button to increase or decrease the fan speed. despite repeated requests, they didn't change the room. the rooms are specious but the cupboard and bed are not properly managed, it is very difficult to move around there, it is actually irritating. the facilities available in the hotel seemed very expensive considering the price.

The location of the property is good which is walking distance from Miramar beach, Panaji. The check in process was smooth but the rooms are very basic & old. There were cracks on the pillars & the facilities provided were very basic. They do not have restaurant services & outside food is also not allowed. There are many food options nearby which one can explore but the stay was very basic. They stay is worth upto 1500-2000 per night not more than that.

The hotel was safe and the staff was helpful. They guided me on tasty food location, local places of attraction and economical ways of commute. I was even able to drop my baggage at the reception on my last day when I checked out so that I could hang around, they were cooperative to take care of my belongings.

The stay experience was good the hotel staff were good, informative and the location was good. Furthermore there was good location access to nearby places. The rooms were clean and the price was affordable at which we booked

staff supportive and cordial. no lift, no restaurant even tea facility, no tv for live channels (only youtube available), no intercom facility, etc.
