It was a very bad experience, The staff was not supportive, towels were not provided, for arranging an extra bed they took 2 hours,hot water only available for 1 hr only, even the call was not received at reception.

Bathroom is not clean. Water taps are damaged. TV is not in good condition. Remote is not working. Lift to 5th floor is not working, need to walk from 4th floor to 5th floor with luggage.
