we have reached hotel at 6am but our check in time 12pm also we have offer early check in our booking. but hotel staffs told we will not give if u r not paying extra amount. so i paid 600 for 1 room. which they have given us instead of 2 room. we refreshed and went for ramoji also informed that when we back at night, plz provide us 2nd room. but at night we got one normal/small double bed room instead of delux room. we are very much disappointed the service which we got from hotel . hotel staff telling why can't u booked directly, if u could booked directly we will provide u all what u want.

stay experience is nice but the entrance of the hotel is very shabby. they have hidden costs like, they take rs.500/ as the security deposit of door lock, which is refundable. i have never seen that any homestay or hotel takes security deposit for the door lock. it's not mentioned. apart from those two problems, inside is nice.

The location of the hotel is good, easily reachable. Rooms are clean, staff behaviour is good. Overall satisfactory stay I was able to locate the hotel easily, food is good and rooms are clean and tidy. Very near to railway station.

near to secunderabad junction..like 700 m .. rooms are ok if you are paying in economy range ... i ask iron and it's not Available... 8 hope they provide iron also it's not that much costly...but it's good service if available
