I stayed in the hotel for 2 days and the time I entered my room i asked the person in charge to change the bedsheet and comforter as there were some stains and cigarette burns on it. No one cared about it. I complained again and later it was changed. Washbasin was full of mosquitoes. I asked for complimentary upgrade which they did not give even though rooms were available. The front staff is not polite at all. No a/c remote, telephone was not working even after complaint. Same category small room was given to me even though bigger size room was available. Not at all happy with my stay here.
