Booked and paid for AC rooms but owner gave only non AC rooms and told that no AC is required as it will get colder during nights. The basin was dirty and water get stuck while sinking.The bathroom gets overflowed with water as there is no proper sinking system.The toilet was also very dirty with human waste present all over the toilet. The bedsheets were too dirty and rooms were also very dirty with gutka stinks all over the place. The TV was also broken. Overall not a recommendation for anyone at this place. Very high food prices also with very poor room service. My money got wasted as only they provided us with non AC rooms. Very Poor

When I reached the hotel they informed me that my stay was cancelled by the Fab Hotel it was very disgusting for me the hotel was situated in a rural area therefore I have to take another hotel in an emergency paying an extra amount. I recommend not staying in a Fab Hotel not received my refund 1552/- till now

I have booked the room with complimentary breakfast but they denied for complimentary breakfast and it was not provided. AC was not working.

Its not hotel. They don't have ac rooms, they may transfer you to other hotel which is worse than this.
