Hotel is situated in Nerul, from here Candolim beach is about 5km, if you have your own vehicle/rented vehicle than traveling has no issue for you. If you don't have vehicle you will face difficulty in travelling . Hotel Room was very spacious and clean, we stayed here for 3 night with family. Staff was good, service is bit slow. Food: you can order food from their restaurant, quality of food was good but service time is tooooo slow, after ordering they will take atleast 45min to 1 hr to ready your order. It may be because they make it fresh. Overall good experience with hotel, will definitely recommend it if you have vehicle.

Decent hotel to stay. The only thing is you don't have a kitchen facility for 24 hours. The beaches like Candolim, Calangute, Baga, Panjim are very close by. Maximum 15mins to reach. The hotel will recommend bike rental from a good guy named Dilip. No scams on bike or hotel stay. Confirm with them just for your confirmation on your stay. Elizabeth madam is very helpful at the hotel. Provides guidance on your trip if you need any assistance. My overall stay here for 4 days was excellent. Recommend to stay here if you prefer to choose North Goa.

Excellent place if you visit Goa. Little away from the hustle and bustle, located in a peaceful location, Nerul. Stayed in this hotel 2nd time with family, staff is very helpful. Well maintained and absolutely clean rooms and washrooms. The hotel is approx. 3km from Candolim beach and 6km from Panjim. The staffs are very very professional they make you feel comfortable.

Water issue and Unclean bed linens in Hotel. During 1st day of Stay there was no water in hotel from 9 pm to 1 am. We had to literally stand in bathroom waiting for water and also had to shout at reception staff. There is just one reception staff. No engineering or house keeping team during night

Had a nice experience staying at this hotel. The accommodation, services and facility was up to the mark. Staff services was very good, there was a swimming pool but not happy for the charges of swimming costume however I didn't took any costume.Near to beach & worth the price hotel.

The plus points first:The rooms are quite spacious. staff cordial. other amenities within the rooms good. However, the food at the restaurant on our first try was a disappointment. Though we tried only veg. second, the location is pretty far from the beaches as well as Panjim.

very third class staf horrible experience the hotel is too messy not clean and food breffast are very unhygienic they serve only bread omlet and puri bhaji everyday and takes other charges fir towel soap etc dont stay in this hotel very bad experiencein this hotel
