They didn't provide basic toiletries. When asked they said it's in the bathroom. Whereas in the bath you will see 2 dispensers called Shower Gel cum Shampoo and Handwash with literally the same green liquid in them.Not even drinking water.Room Service didn't even give us a bill, just asked for money upfront.Most of the light fittings have come out. We had to ask for glasses to drink water. They are running the same hotel with multiple names. So there is no signboard at the venue. Dean Villa, Shree Sai Residency, and Collection O. There is barely parking for 2 cars. No toothpaste and brushes. Not even on demand. There is no water jug on the room. Water bottle costs 32 Rs while printed cost is 20. Broken cups, Ac that doesn't cool and torn bedsheets

Worst service, bathrooms are very dirty & smelly with cockroaches. rooms are not clean containing dust and cigarettes residues no hot water provided even they committed Room services very slow some electric board are not working and wires are hanging as open which is too horrible They charge extra money by giving reason of weekend days and if you reached to owner his very rude.

i recommend you not to book this hotel they will ask you extra charges and if u not paid they will give you dormitory room #boycotthoteldeanvilla and the reason of my negative review is to help other people that they shouldn't waste their time there and travel cost too

Toilet window was broken. It was clearly visible from out side, exhaust fan was not working. Main switch was broken of electric point. Food billing is not proper. Please check the rates on menu card before paying. No complimentary water bottle given.

Rooms & bathroom was not clean enough. Paint was peeling off from walls. Some kind of dampness smell was there in room, as the rooms was closed for a long time. Though Hotel is located at a good location, but there is no enough Space for Parking.

Just don't go Worst rooms Parking is very less. Only 2 car parking Notthing special. We have taken room with breakfast but still they asked for money and we paid

Superb room very clean and neat. Washroom was also very clean staff was very cooperative and helpful. Pool was pretty clean and it was a blissful stay.

The experience was bad. There was no electricity whole night after 12 am. No hot water available in the morning. Parking is not available.
