Worst. experience 1. After traveling for about 7 Hrs for reaching the Hotel, We were informed the room is under maintenance and we were shift d to another ‘ Under Construction’ property about 5-7 km away in an AutoRiksha hired by hotel staff !2. The reason for booking the hotel was due to vicinity to SpiceCourt Restaurant where I had to attend a function in the evening- due time this shifting circus - we were not able to reach in time .3. The new under construction hotel lacked even the Basic amenities like Handtowels in Bathroom, no Soap or shampoo and the power supply was going on and off 2-3 times further delaying our preparations for leaving for an important family function.4. No breakfast was available or provided first whixh I have already paid! Please refund d my money!5. Very poor experience!!!Its worth mentioning that the Managers at bot properties tried very hard to help us in securing transportation but still the overall impression is still poor and leaves a lot to be desired!Poor experience!
