This hotel is located on the way to Mashobra. Located on the highway and surrounded by apple orchards. The size of the rooms are ok but the condition of the bathrooms is pretty. Old tiles with stain marks, broken hand shower, no proper locking system in the bathroom etc. I approached the reservation counter without a booking and surprised to know the high price demanded by the manager. I insisted to the manager that online prices are much cheaper. But the manager did not agree and I booked the room ******* in front of him (I saved a lot of money by doing this). The hotel have very limited food option though the menu is very elaborate. When asked, the staff informed us that only limited items are available. No amenities for kids. Not recommended for family....

It was a wonderful experience .. The main thing one search for a hotel Wants good service , The Staff is very cooperative in each n every situation .. They talk so politely and always smiling , never deny for anything .. Overall It is not a 5 star But A Big YES , they serve like a 5 star and thats a guest want always .. 👍🏻👌🏻 As a Family We just Loved the Way they care .. Whether Its Work for 3 year baby or an adult

The hotel location is too remote and there is absolutely no transport facility there, you need to book a cab. there aren't any shops for any basic needs. photos doesn't show what actually is, bathrooms are very dirty, geyser takes hours to get hot water. food is OK but not much of menu. hotel staff hospitality is good but overall average.

I recently visited shimla and it's started off very badly. i wouldnt have stayed more in shimla if I didn't find this amazing place. the staff is very supportive and friendly. food is delicious. I had an amazing and comfortable stay.

Experienced was great. Staff was accommodating. Thanks to them for making our stay comfortable. Pic is of the view from the balcony. Staff was polite and they did everything to make our stay comfortable. Food was great.

Overall experience was amazing.. Rooms were too spacious and clean. Staff was so helpful and we were so well treated. Food is also nice and affordable. Will book the same hotel again if we get a chance.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. We enjoyed our stay here. Although chicken we ordered was not good, apart from that everything was very good. They really respect there customers.

Its slight far from city... No others hotel or any shop near by.... Mostly, rooms are vacant.... So looks scary for single couples But its safe and staff are cooperative
