Hotel is good. Hospitality is very good. Staffs are very cooperative. Food standard is also good both veg/non veg. The most good thing about the hotel is that they are having their own parking slot, which is not found at shimla. At mall road generally hotels are at good height and climbing up is a difficult task, but this hotel is having lift option and onlya till 4th floor. If one wish to climb stairs is not at all a difficult task. Only one disadvantage is hotel is 5kms away from the main mall road.it is situated at old shimla. If you have your own convence/vehicle then better book the hotel, otherwise commuting will be difficult from hotel to mall road. Sorrounded with trees and a calm atmosphere. Room heaters are available. View is good from room windows. I stayed for 2 nights. It was comfortable and nice staying.

Absolutely outstanding hotel perfectly located. Helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. It was my birthday during our stay, which we had not mentioned, but they obviously saw that at the check in. It was a lovely suprise when they left a bottle of champagne in the room! Also an excellent breakfast buffet. We will definetely come back with friends and I would highly recommend this hotel

located at a distance of 3 km from mall road shimla, this hotel boasts of serenity and peace throughout. Rooms are clean, bathrooms have geyser and rooms have heater provided. Staff is well behaved and cooperative. Overall a good stay and recommended for your stay in shimla

The hotel is located close to Jakhu temple, surrounded by lush green pine trees. We really enjoyed our stay at Fairmont hotel and the food was fabulous. However, we do not recommend guests to visit Kufri especially by horse ride.

I always prefer the washroom to be cleaned and this hotel has a clean room and washroom . Food is also great and room service is very fast Do try Aloo Kulcha.. I loved it.
