if you're a beach person, this place is best for you. pros :- 100mtrs beach inside walk path. peaceful place, you get homely feel, all the staff were very friendly, Manager took care of everything. He makes sure you're enjoying the place. veg food was good, for 5 members it costs 1200rs for lunch. beds are good. backwaters is + point. vibe hai bhai. The complimentary breakfast was good and decent. cons : due to natural dust and leaf, place is not that clean or maintained. some of them are built on plywood you have to adjust with lock and latch. it costs me around 6k for 1N, 5 members, family cottage, that triangle shaped one.

The resort is on the beach but no service was received from the hotel staff. No regular house keeping, cleaning of the room, almost no water in the bathroom and full of mosquitoes all around. Tired of purchasing Hit mosquito repellents and there was no TV and other basis facilities in the room. Only good thing was that the beach was just 1 min away from the room. Altogether very bad experience

A wonderful environment. all the staffs are so friendly..Good food and service also.Definitely come and spent quality time with your friends and family and highly recommended for those who like off beat places. sea beach 🏖️ beside within 100mtr walking distance. Rooms are specious and clean .Resort Manager Suresh Thakur is very helpful and attentive.

It is one of the best offbeat experiences that i had. It's actually very green and peaceful facing backwaters. Beach is also hardly 200 meters away. I would also like to specially mention hospitality and courtesy of the staff. Just one piece of advise , take better category rooms and preferably river facing. You'll like it. Privacy and peace

whenever we come to south goa, we stay at this resort. this is our 5th stay at the resort and we can't complain about anything. the staff, the manager and the owners knows how to treat guests and how to take care of each individual nicely. We will always recommend this resort whoever wants to come to south Goa.

the view was very nice from the balcony, the room was not that clean and not very much maintained property.lots of cockroaches in the toilet and in the room spinning around, I have got one in my bag as well. giving 2star only for the great view from the balcony.

Enterance was horrible ..room size was average but room was neat and clean beds and AC were good and comfortable . Parking facility available palolem beach is just 3min walk. Overall nice experience

Worst experience ever. Bathroom flush, AC was not working. They were not coming even after calling. For parking you have to call them 15 minutes before you reach.
