The service was very poor, and the cleanliness was lacking. Despite having made a payment and having a confirmed reservation, they gave our room to someone else because we arrived late. The location and view were acceptable, though. After a lengthy conversation, they eventually arranged the same room for us.

i feel really happy to stay here the rooms are premium quality and please check the wether condition before coming kanthaloor raining time is most beautiful to stay this hotel i recommend that please come the small raining time i feel better than munnar
