I had the pleasure of staying at HOTEL GOLD LEAF recently, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The room was immaculate, with luxurious amenities and stunning views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was sleek and modern. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, including a state-of-the-art gym and a relaxing spa. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with something for every taste. What truly sets apart, however, is the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and anticipatory, making sure my every need was met with a smile. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel GOLDLEAF to anyone looking for a 5-star experience. It's a true gem, and I can't wait to return!"

I was disappointed by the entrance lane to the hotel, the narrow lane was stinking of urination and the hotel entrance was very narrow and a bit confusing, opening into a surprisingly petty reception desk! A huge bamboo ladder was kept at the entrance covering the narrow entrance further, as some maintenance work was on. They carried out the repair work with hammering and drilling continuously while we wanted to relax. To worsen it, the job needed supervision from inside our room! The room walls had seepage! Breakfast was good but overall I found it to be over budgeted!

Very very bad behaviour of reception person, he tried to get extra money from us secondly the room checkin was at 2 pm but we got the room at 3 pm and not cleaned properly The reception people were too slow it takes ages to do entry and documentation also we didn't like the room as it was not clean he refused to give us and said no room is available but when I checked online rooms were available the reception person was too rude. As per the price the hotel is not goodRude behaviour and cleanliness

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
