Place is very good and it was clean and neat. Location wise it's at a perfect place, very close to Naninital Lake and Tourist market. Many food joints are close by. It's little at the height and not recommended for senior citizens. You can't take your car to this spot due to the peak and narrow lane (we did this mistake and realised later). Find the earliest available parking spot asap. Taxis will ask rs 200-300 to get you to the hotel. Both the owner and caretaker are good peoples and if you love chit chat then find the owner. Tip- Switch on the geyser 1-2 hours before to get proper hot water. The room didn't have a electric kettle or stove to warm foods or even to get warm water. The caretaker stays there till 9.30pm post which the access to Kitchen which is at upstairs gets blocked.

👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎Very very very bad homestay or even you can say worst than that location very bad owner is a money digger nd a selfish man who can charge money for literally any thing we had a booking of 4 people but we went there 6 people we were ready to pay extra but he was charging 3000 per person extra that we were ready to pay even then he didnot let the driver stay and unfortunarely in cold night he had to sleep in car even our driver was fasting (roza).. the owner was very rude towards him... overall very horrible experience ... one should never ever go to this place 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

My recent home stay was incredible! The place was clean, cozy, and the host was beyond amazing – so friendly and accommodating. The caretaker went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Loved the chill vibes and the extended terrace area. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing break. Totally recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy getaway!
