hotel is fine. however, their service is not up to mark.there was no soap, no bathroom rug, only 1 glass was their since it was double occupancy.it seem that they even dont know what have they put in the room.i dont know for what my bill has hotelier service charges?everything i have to ask them to provide by calling them. they dont pick call at once.if i ordered smthing from outside then guest has to tie shoe n has to go to main gate downstairs to pick the item.when i asked for slipper then they bluntly said they dont have and we dont have enough staff who can pick that item and give it to my room.i asked for plain paratha and they said they dont have and if you need plain paratha then you have to pay same charges as per stuffed paratha.dont know everything guest has go compromise here at this hotel.this hotel literally taking advantage of prime location without providing facilities.i have visited here multiple times but i faced same challanges even after giving them feedback abt these things.it seems i was heard bare ear.and i need my hotelier services charges back...if m not happy with their services.why it was added in advance to my bill if i have not experienced hotel services...

Restaurant was not functional you have to order from outside swiggy or any other app and worst part is that you need to step down to security guard room to collect the parcel. The milk powder provided for tea has expired . For q booking of 2 person only one cup of tea arrangement was there. Even hotel does not have any cutlery so that you can eat outside food properly. Room was ok, wifi is not working. Adding wrong ameneties like Restaurant, Kitchenette in the list is wrong. Would not have booked this if functional restaurant was not there. Would not recomend for family.

Pathetic experience. First they couldn't find the booking for 20 minutes and then there were multiple issues with the check in at 1 am in the night. And later on, I was asked to vacate the property at 7 am in the morning or pay extra 2000rs to stay until 12 pm. This was harassment. I checked in around 1:30 am in the night where I was promised that there wouldn't be any issues. Later on I was forced out of the property at 7:00 am in the morning.

TV connection not working even asked on reception then they saaid they have not charged it.Bathroom tap wasnt working properly, water was very less and hard to wash hands.very small sampoo bottle given whichatleast they should put 4 there it is finished in handwash onlysnacks availability is very lessthey have given twin sharing room where i cannot see anything mentioned in booking details
