The place offers decent room with the airport view. The entire building has 4 floors, we stayed at 2nd one. The room size is between small to medium with a bed, almirah, a small desk and TV unit. The washroom area is pretty decent with good cleanliness. The hotel doesn’t provide any amenities like pool or gaming zone or other services. The restaurant has a select menu with snacks and some drinks, no menu for proper lunch or dinner. Breakfast offered was very limited with cold uttapam and sambhar, however hot milk, tea, coffee, corn flakes and toast were provided. Alongside, room services were pretty quick. For lunch and dinner there are restaurants at a distance of 1 km, we found sarvana bhawan with pretty decent food options. The hotel provides airport cab service complementary basis. Also we got an early checkin to the hotel.

Right opposite to Terminal 1. Compact rooms, but beautiful decor and neat and clean toilets. They provide complimentary pick up and drop to the Airport which is just 500 mts away. Beautiful view of the Airport from the rooms. Most recommended for Family or business stay. Neat and clean room. Walking distance from Airport Terminal. Very cooperative and friendly staff.

Roms were very clean and tidy. Good and immediate service. very near to airport Food was not so good. Early check-in not available. Being near airport they should have flexibility with early check-in time as per flights. 2 pm check-in is too late. Finally they gave me early check-in but charged extra.

Hotel with best location at 250 Mtrs away from airport...infact in front of airport...Good hotel with basics only....spotlessly clean room and Washrooms...Breakfast is hopeless and not good....even room key (digital) is chargeable if lost which doesn't happen in other hotels....

Hotel location is amazing. Just in the front of kochi airport. Rooms are very neat and clean. Staffs are very helpful and supportive. They have complimentary airport transfer. I recommend hotel Florida for those who take flight in night or early morning.

Stqy was good. no issues. cordial staff. well assiated. the only negative is that the water from shower splashes all around and beyond shower area making wash area wet and slippery. i had put a suggestion to correct it. overall the stay was satisfactory

The hotel is right near the cochin international Airport. The staff is very helpful. they don't have their own restaurant so only breakfast is provided if your booking includes it.
