It was a perfect place for the four of us. Quite place away from the noise. Great view from the room. We chose the mountain view. The rooms are clean and well kept. Handled by caretaker Sunil Shinde, who is an all-rounder....he and his wife cook food as well both veg and non veg. However you need to inform them well in advance since they prepare only fresh food. There is a small clean swimming pool on the first floor....will be more enjoyable in summer... as now the water was very cold. Will recommend it to families who like quiet places. It's very close to the mapro garden by vehicle.The drive to the property is slightly uphill....which may be a little difficult in the rainy season I guess. Rest nothing to worry about. The staff is really helpful.

I liked the hotel and its facilities. The caretaker and owner were humble and supportive in all manners. The pictures shown are the actual ones. and facilities mentioned are actually provided. The washroom and rooms were very clean. Well maintained Property. Space for parking available. Food was prepared by the caretaker in the Villa only and served at the terrace. Overall perfect for couples and families. Near Mapro Garden and a few other points. 12kms away from Mahabaleshwar main market. Avoid travelling during night time post 8pm from Hotel to Main Market on bike as no streetlights on the road. Rest all good. Good Vibes. Room, washroom, Facilities, Terrace, view etc

Positives: nice and clean spacious roomsGood balcony view from one room Nice view from the terrace Staff was goodOpportunity: lift service and Intercom service is not available Limited options for breakfast like only upma and bread omelette Overall a good experience

It was an amazing stay. The hospitality of this place was at it's best. We reached early in the morning and check in was provided to us without any hassle. The breakfast was very tasty, The caretaker of this place is very humble.
