There was an issue with the plumbing and drainage and the room was stinking when the bathroom door is opened. The property owner knows this, because when I complained about the same, she acknowledged it. She said that since we had a delayed checkin (at 4 30 PM), she had to assign us the only room left out, in the ground floor. The explanation looked funny for me, but I didn't want to argue and spoil my vacation. We stayed on 23rd and 24th October 2023. The location near the hotel was amazing, with buildings of different architecture. The place is renowned for foreign tourists. We had a good walk near the area.

I booked Rd *** * 2 Rooms and selected pay at hotel option . But when I checked in at the hotel room was too bad. so I upgraded to Rs **** Room and I paid **** for 2 Rooms. But on that room also WiFi was not working. mobile charging point also not working. so afternoon I informed to hotelier that I don't want to stay for 2 days . But hotelier forced me to pay the remaining 1 day balance amount.. overall worst experience

Value for money. As the name suggests, it is an inn and not a hotel so do not expect a restaurant. They do provide a decent breakfast though in their small so called restaurant. The location is good and you can take a glimpse of the beach from their terrace. Worth noting there aren't much sea facing hotels nearby anyways so a good deal. The staff is very courteous and that's what you will like the most.

we opted for balcony rooms following is my review. +ve: Good employees, Nice rooms, walkable distance from fort kochi beach. -ve: no amenities like paste or brush are provided and we need to walk around 2kms to get one if your remeber about that in the morning. Balcony is for smoking, no other use because the view is to next plot, if you're a nin smoker opt for rooms without balcony .

Hotel is centrally located and clean, Staff was very friendly, room was quite small and bathroom a bit smelly but overall it was good, Breakfast was very nice with Indian / Continental options (they dont serve it at the rooftop though). Overall I liked staying there and definitivly recommend it!

had a great time there. location is superb. It's within walking distance from beach, Chinese fishing nets, David hall cafe, St Francis church. Mr. Dexter, the incharge, is really helpful and kind person. if you have any issue with anything, ask him. he will arrange it.

the room was good and clean.. but a lot of mosquitoes in the ground floor rooms.. they changed our rooms to first floor but they charged extra since they were no standard rooms available... the complimentary breakfast was good but quantity was very less

Fort kotchi beach inn hotel has really elegant location gives bit European feel and there breakfast was also tasty. Rooms are bit small however they were neat and clean As couple we like it's location Rooms are okay

Comfortable room which was value for money. Nestled between vintage colonial era properties transports to you a bygone era. Very close to Fort Kochi beach, just a 2 minute walk. Would definitely visit again :)

The property was well maintained and located ideally near the beach. We had a pleasant stay thanks to the hospitality of the staff and would definitely recommend it as being value for money.

It was clean, comfortable, friendly service and well located. A tad expensive maybe because goibibo adds its percentage, and food could improve. Would definitely stay there again.
