The only hotel that has done renovation post corona. safe for family/ bachelor's / spinster's with great stomach friendly food. Don't forget to ask for the chef special menu if u are a foodie. They have an all veg restaurant Jordan in the ground floor , a BBQ and Grill in the first floor. They also have a pub (Message in a bottle) with a dance floor in the ground floor wich is mostly happening throughout the week which is open till the early hours. Ask for a smoking room if you would like to open your window. Now to the detailed version I had to stay in egmore for more than a week with my 67 years old mum for medical reasons. Had great difficulty finding a non smelling room. most of the hotels in Egmore near the railway station were either stinking with rain damp walls or the sheets were dirty and smelling very bad or the toilets are not women friendly. After a brief search i found Fortel and i insisted them to show me the room before i book. They were kind enough to show me few rooms before i book. All their rooms were neat and tidy. i want to specially thank all the staff starting for the front desk executives, bell boy, chef and his kitchen staff , room service and house keeping staff to the security. They mad my mum feel home. they were very very friendly , polite and helpful. They made our week long stay very smooth and cozy. Thank you guys. you guys rock.

it was very nice stay. room was also upgraded by the staff without even asking them. location is also very good. My fav part is i love their breakfast i mean i never had such tasty breakfast in my life. staff is also very nice and helpful. just one thing check in takes time because on reception one person is there and hotel is huge so increase staff at reception. it was pleasant stay.
