So it was a normal not extraordinary nor way too bad experience for me and that's why 3 stars. Specially 1 star less because for some reason they don't allow any outside food be it swiggy zomato or any other particular restaurant. They have their own restaurants and in room dining which they offer instead of online orders and that was a major issue for me specially when you are traveling alone you order items which are there for a single person and that too in budget, however the options which they had in the in room dining were obviously enough for 2 people but too much for a single person, so food getting wasted or in short money getting wasted can be considered as one of the issue. This never happened to me whenever I stayed in any other 4/5 star property and this was the first time I encountered this. Although they inform you about this when you checkin itself but it should be mentioned clearly in the booking descriptions of the room like the checkin checkout times. Apart from this the room was fine, washroom was small but we'll equipped. The other issue which we faced was the TV which wasn't working but instead of recharging the same they asked us to change our room itself which I didn't understand at all, firstly these things should be checked before providing the room secondly we have to pack again and move to another room just to watch TV? It's again a hastle so we opted not to change the rooms. Thirdly we went out in afternoon around 1-1:30 and came back around 6-7, when we came back our room was all well made up by the house keeping even though we took the keys with us and didn't ask for making our bed or cleaning it. It's not a major issue but it's all about the sense of security of the items we leave in the room when we take the keys with us, I am aware that every hotel has a master key in case we lock our rooms with our keys inside but this could be asked if we want the room to be cleaned and beds to be made, I know this wouldn't be an issue considering the name of the brand but these small things do matter. One positive thing was the morning breakfast, they had options although limited but you could order as well from the options they had like dosas, eggs related items, waffle, etc. So all in all an average experience with some positives and negatives.

Very hospitable staff, very beautiful (and newly opened) hotel especially the washroom. Great view from the rooms. Just hoping gym, spa and rooftop restaurant opens up soon as the hotel is still under construction and would stay again in the hotel once it's complete. 5/5.

Wonderful experience. They upgraded my room upon request and the staff was very courteous. Breakfast spread was good. Gym is also well equipped. Rooftop restaurant is a must visit if you stay here. Overall good experience.
