As I am going with 5 stars - naturally I have many good things to say - but before that I would like to talk about the one NEGATIVE side of this hotel - that is their transport manager /coordinator, during camel safari, they suddenly came up with some theory and said that only 2 camels were booked for 8 persons. I really don’t know why they did this, no one communicated that to us earlier, and due to this many team members couldn’t do camel ride. Again the same person tried to give us a non ac car next day for siteseeing even though we were promised about ac cars. When we shouted, he gave a bolero ac car which couldn’t accommodate 8 people. We somehow managed it as one of our team members were ill on that day. So, be careful here.Apart from this everything else was awesome. Rooms & washrooms were tidy and very well maintained. Rooftop restaurant is just outstanding - foods are expensive, but delicious. Overall ambience of this hotel is wow. We booked We wanted one more room on spot and they arranged it. Their receptionist Mr. Chris Gayle is heart of this hotel - his wonderful behaviour makes this place more beautiful. We requested early check-in and they provided that. They also provided one time station to hotel free transport. Entire hotel is wonderful. Our return train was at 3 am and they arranged transport in the midnight as well. Most importantly, Mr. Gayle was always in touch with us and this makes our journey and stay wonderful. Their Sam sand dunes camp was awesome, wonderful camel and jeep safari, wonderful folk cultural event - and excellent Rajasthani dinner were unforgettable. We were thinking to skip the dinner, but they requested us to taste at least, and now I must say - dinner at Sam sand dunes was fantastic. So, I would definitely recommend this hotel - whatever photos are available in goibibo - all are true and do book this hotel if your destination is Jaisalmer. Trust me - you will not regret.

This property has been renovated and has one of the best rooms in Jaisalmer for an affordable price. But the best part about this property is the owner himself Mr. Gaji, who will help you genuinely with all your travel planning and arrangements. we would love to recommend this property to everyone. I went with my wife and friends and had an amazing experience. The property helped us with all the arrangements and we loved the stay. it has no restrictions and the staff were very helpful.

a perfect location for stay in Jaisalmer I would like to come here only if I come back to Jaisalmer sometime.Hosts are very nice and welcoming.They arranged travel for station and also kept food for us as we arrived late in night.We took the packages they provided for travel in Jaisalmer and drop and pickup to Sam dunes.Also they gave a place for us to sleep for 3 hours as our train was in late noon and we got back from Sam in morning though we checked our a day ago.

The hotel is very nice, located in the centre of the city. Rooms are clean and staff is cooperative. Hotel's restaurant has a beautiful roof top. The owner is very kind and helpful. They also arranged desert safari trip with a good package and great facilities. We were on a girls trip and they treated us with respect, also let us sit for few hours even after the check out and helped us when we wanted to pray. A great choice to stay in Jaisalmer.

The property is really beautiful with great staff. The service is great and location is also near to attractions. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The roof top restaurant offers a great view of the city and is highly recommend for travelers. Just the property doesn't have a lift so if travelling with elderlies take lower floors.

The room service was fantastic and most importantly the service staff were so generous. The room and washroom were clean and I will suggest everyone to stay here whenever you visit jaisalmer . We had taken the cab service for tanot which was safe and smooth with super driving skills of Mr. Naseer .

Excellent experience, rooms where extremely clean , brand new . Centrally located , good roof top restaurant with Sonar Kella view ,excellent food .Staff were all very courteous . Desert Safari was too good arranged by hotel along with city tour , very comfortable and nice .

very nice and clean place. very comfortable room. view from the restaurant is so beautiful. it is very close to sunset point but you can enjoy the same view from the restaurant. patwa haveli and fort is very close. the owner and the staff is very helpfull.

Location of hotel is near City centre-hanuman circle and near Jaisalmer fort. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. This is one of the few hotels which provide traditional hotel rooms in budget friendly price. It has roof top restaurant with fort view.

Pleasant stay at hotel Gazi.. it also has rooftop for dinner and lunch. Rooms are clean, cozy and has wonderful sculpture architect. Price are little high but worth the money!
