my experience and review for hotel gnga ratan (1)i booked hotel for 2 days from 15 feb 2025 to 17 feb 2025, when i asked foe water bottle on 16 feb 2025, i called on the reception around 9.50 am , he told me to pay extra for water bottle and for complementary tea/coffe bag, when i said i have booked hotel for 2 days then why i should pay for 2nd day? then he told complementary tea/coffe bag and water bottle u will get after 10 am, before 10 am u have to pay extra, so he denied for water bottle and coffee and tea bag at that time. kindly escalate this issue and update me for the same, this was really bad experience

my experience in this hotel was very bad, the first thing I did I order 3 food item for lunch and 2 beverages 1 tea and 1 Lassi, instead f Lassi I received cold coffee. tea was really tasty. and in those 3 food item only one was good. in night at 11:30 some one from room service knock the door and ring the door bell I opened the door no one was there. and In the morning. I ate cold breakfast. my experience in that hotel was very bad. they should work on their food and services.

very Old Property, there are many problems inside rooms, hotelier must do renovation and maintenance works otherwise nobody will recommend. Room interior very old and rusting, bathroom are not maintained water running continuously, room full of mosquitos, wardrobes are of no use, window is broken, lift not working and many more....
