I suggests to increase the availability time of hot water in bathroom, thereshould be an exhost fan in toilet, the bathtowels provided should be in white colour, cable connection may properly maintained, corridors may keep more cleanly, front entrance should be keep neat and tidy, room heater may be privileged with additional optional paymentsetc.

Best option in Ooty. Very nice room and well maintained, The staff were very cooperative and friendly. The hotel is just one minute walkable from railway station. Highly recommended.
