I visited in this hotel. this hotel is very nice and comfortable, ambiance was awesome. I must say very courteous and helpful staff, hotel staff helped me out whenever i needed something. this prompt services should be appreciate. Room was very nice and cozy but it was not facing the backwater view. Whenever you go there ask for it because there are few rooms available with backwater view, others are road facing rooms. food was amazing they mostly serves South Indian dishes. Hotel was nicely located, convenient and easy to reach, but from the hotel transportation like auto and taxi are not available easily. bus stand is also 1.5 Km away from the hotel. Overall it was a wonderful stay in this hotel, where the staff serves their best services.

The accommodation is very comfortable with clean rooms and excellent food. The hotel staff and management is very courteous. This is a fairly new property, neat right on the main road on the sides of the river. Food was excellent. hotel was neat and clean in all manners. hotel has planned all the services perfectly. Location was very nice and convenient and easily reachable with our own car. Overall it was a pleasant stay in this hotel.

Hotel have its own backwater boating facility which they claim to give us on reasonable rate but they charged us a lot!! Room was spacious with king size bed & with all amenities but cleanliness was poor. Bedsheets had dirty spots & bathroom was not that clean. We booked deluxe but the room given was not like deluxe at all!!

The location is decent and close to the town centre. The rooms are nice and for the price range (Rs. ****) is a value for money. They also have in house boating facilities for backwater cruise where one needs to bargain hard (they came down by 50% from their original quoted price)

This is the best hotel I stayed during my vacation in Kerala, Rooms are spacious, clean and luxurious. The service is very good, complimentary breakfast is nice. the location is very good, just beside the Poovar backwater. I would definitely like to stay there again

Hotel is good, There is no service. room are spacious, washroom are clean, everything is fine except service. there is no staff to put luggage inside the room, overall experience is good. around 2000 rs is ok for room
