Very nice and relaxing stay for three nights at the hotel. Very nice and humble people, ready to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible. It was almost like a home stay. The bathrooms are clean and the rooms are ethnically decorated. We were a group of six occupying three rooms. The options in the restaurant are limited but food is always fresh, and the owner took personal interest in providing out of the menu options to take car of my food restrictions. Considering the everything in Jaisalmer is overpriced, this place is a good value for money.

This is a nice budget hotel; staff are very friendly and accommodating. My room and washroom were clean, hot water for the shower and I really enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop. They have a wood stove going in the morning. It's 15 minutes to the fort, a nice walk through a local neighborhood past a produce market. At night, lots of kids flying kites from the rooftops. As with most hotels, you are at the mercy of late/early arriving noisy guests with no consideration for others. Overall a lovely budget hotel

Had a wonderful stay at hotel GENWA PALACE jaisalmer the location of the hotel is very good calm and pleasant place the staff is very supportive and the service is excellent we went as an family the food was super delicious and tasty the place has maintained a good hygiene and the owner is very friendly and welcoming had a wonderful time at this amazing hotel in jaisalmer best hotel in jaisalmer 5 star for all the services family rooms

Best hotel in Jaisalmer in Jaisalmer fort at affordable rates the ownerr ROHIT GENWA is very helpful person they also have there own desert camp which was the best experience the jeep safari parasailing paramotor quad bike package they arranged for us was just excellent adventurous we will definitely visit the hotel again the rooms were neat and clean the washroom was very hygienic very good stay

Excellent stay. Their hospitality was great. They arranged us for city as well as desert tour. Everything went well. To add further they also arranged the pickup and drop facility along with that they also allowed us to rest in their property even after our checkout till we boarded our bus Highly recommend this place for the hospitality THANK U HOTEL GENWA PALACE

Amazing place. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a very good decision. It is a cute hotel that seems a Haveli. It is very near the fort and you can walk easily. Wonderful rooftopwith marvelous view to Jaisalmer fort (it is very night at sunset with the breeze). Big and comfortable room with big bathroom and everything you need. Highly recommend.

Hotel is the best in this range. The hospitality is top level from the staff and they are willing to help even at odd hours. Fort facing entrance and location is very close to all major tourist attractions and railways station. Very peaceful environment and highly i am solo traveler all comfort facility

The room size was good enough but the washroom was below expectation. Also, the cleanliness of the room and washroom has much scope of improvement. The TV was there but not functional. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are other restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.
