I am writing to share my disappointing experience during my recent stay at Hotel Ginger. Unfortunately, the condition of the room fell short of expectations, and the service further compounded my dissatisfaction. Despite informing the receptionist in the morning to have my room cleaned, I returned in the evening only to find that it had not been attended to. This lack of attention to guest requests is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the quality of service provided. Additionally, the overall room ambience was below par and in need of improvement. I would strongly recommend taking measures to enhance both the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to ensure a better guest experience. Regrettably, based on this experience, I will not be considering Hotel Ginger for my future stays. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve your services.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ginger Hotel Ahmedabad, Vastrapur, and I must say it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Special thanks to Deep, Sumaiya Parween, Pragya, Biswajit, and Mr. Robin, the Manager, for their exceptional support. I was able to check in early without any hassle, thanks to their smooth coordination. Mr. Robin, in particular, ensured everything went smoothly and provided excellent assistance throughout my stay. The hotel’s hospitality and service are truly commendable, and I will definitely be returning for future visits!

one of the worst experiences I had. I called them to confirm triple occupancy before booking and they informed me that you can get extra mattress at the hotel. When I reached the hotel the staff told me that there is not enough space for the 3rd bed and we do not have any other room available. I told them I cannot leave my parents alone and requested for the bed and told them that I will manage and after calling them several times they sent the mattress after 2 hours. The staff was very unprofessional and un trained. I overheard some conversations from other guests and it seems like their manager also don't care about the issues.

ginger, vastrapur is located in a good area, at drive in road just near himalaya mall. however, the hotel itself is not a class i would say. the toilet seat was quite old and the washroom setup was a bit messed up. also, it seems like management runs the hotel on short staff, so dont be surprised if sometimes it takes longer for your requests to be fulfilled. good in budget if you want to spend a day.

very nice staff, well behaviour, food quality is good but there should be more items in ala- carte. as well as restaurant staff very supportive. when I'm planning to visit Ahmedabad I always prefer to stay in Ginger. I'm coming from 2016 and 90% of the time I stay at Ginger group hotels. it's in prime location, good connectivity.

Very poor service. I asked for a simple item a pair of scissors and they could not provide it. It is basic hospitality to assist with such small requests, but the staff seems uninterested and unhelpful. Overall the service was lacking, and I would not recommend staying here.

I checked out the hotel with only one night stay as the rooms were too small and washroom smelling . I contacted the hotel got refund but they denied . Plss arrange a call back from customer care and arrange refund for rest if my stay nights booking

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Ginger, Vastrapur! Clean rooms, comfortable stay, and a great experience overall. The hospitality was great, and The staff, especially Sumaiya and Deep, were very courteous and helpful. Highly recommended! 😊✨

, the check-in process is pathetic.from last three times, i have waited for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour. even if you go there before on or after time, you will be seated for long time.

Ginger Management needs to work on cleanliness of the rooms. Rooms are not cleaned properly. Too much of dust on the cupboards and cockroach in bathroom
