I recently stayed at Ginger IRR Bengaluru and had an overall excellent experience. The location is superb, making it easy to access key parts of the city. The staff behavior is exceptionally supportive and always ready to help, enhancing the overall stay. The buffet breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic, offering a wide range of delicious veg and non-veg options. The complimentary dinner, with its set menu, was equally satisfying. Special kudos to the restaurant staff for their kind service, particularly Mr. Sameer for his attentive and cheerful nature. The housekeeping staff also did a commendable job, maintaining cleanliness and comfort throughout my stay. However, the room provided was small, especially the bathroom, which felt cramped. This may have been due to the specific room category I selected. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was very good. I have stayed in many Ginger Hotels across India, and this was the first time I encountered such a small room. In conclusion, Ginger IRR Bengaluru is highly recommended for both solo and family travelers. The excellent location, supportive staff, and delightful dining experiences make it a great choice. Cheers to the team at Ginger IRR Bengaluru for their outstanding service!

Not good, very old building and just namesake GINGER. No content in rooms. only the reception looks good. no proper water in the wash room and all old interior and no neatness and cleaning. Worst service. Suddenly water stopped when it was taking bathroom. All interiors are rusted. I don't recommend this hotel. a 3 star hotel with all the old interior and 2 single cots we can't even sleep properly.

Overall service and staff and location is good! However the rooms are not upto the mark! They look very old. And the bathrooms are even worse. They underwent a renovation, but looks like only the front desk and lobby area was renovated. The rooms & bathrooms look really OLD! Good! No concerns

the stay at Ginger was good. thanks to sunaina, nandini, nandita and afsar for all the help during the stay. overall the rooms (my room was 320) looked un gingerly, not like the standard ginger hotels I stay in PAN India. looking forward to an upgraded version! the Ginger effect!
