I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ginger Goa in Candolim for five nights with the ELITE PACKAGE, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, the welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff made us feel right at home. The reception team, particularly Prathmesh and Chaitanya, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendliness and willingness to assist with any inquiries truly set the tone for our vacation. We stayed in a Luxe Queen Room, which was spacious and well-appointed for our family of three. The complimentary stay for our child under 12 was a fantastic perk, allowing us to enjoy our time without worrying about extra costs. The room was clean, modern, and provided all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary breakfast included in our package. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful spread that catered to various tastes, ensuring everyone in the family found something they loved. It was the perfect way to start our days before heading out to explore the beautiful surroundings of Goa. Additionally, the 20% discount on food and beverage services was a wonderful bonus. We enjoyed trying different dishes at the hotel restaurant, and it was great to know we could indulge without breaking the bank. The menu offered a variety of options, and we appreciated that soft beverages were included in the discount. The location of Ginger Goa is also worth mentioning. It’s conveniently situated near Lawande Super Market and just a short drive from the stunning beaches of Candolim. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ginger Candolim, Goa, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The property is well-organized, in a beautiful and easily commutable location, but what made our stay truly special was the people who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special mention to Rudali from the front desk—she greeted us with such warmth and even arranged a beautiful surprise birthday décor for my wife, making our celebration even more memorable. Her hospitality and attention to detail were truly commendable. At the restaurant, we were lucky to meet Mutsoi, who was the heart and soul of our dining experience. No matter the time of day, she was always smiling, kind, and incredibly welcoming. She made sure we were comfortable and took the time to connect with us, making every meal feel special. Mutsoi, your warmth and hospitality made our stay unforgettable! The bartenders, Rithul and Nijith, were equally amazing, crafting custom cocktails that were just perfect for us. Their enthusiasm and skill made our evenings extra delightful. And then there was Chef Clay, who made sure we had the most authentic Goan-style dishes based on our tastes. He personally asked us what we were looking for and delivered dishes that were not just delicious but some of the best Goan food we’ve ever had. Despite visiting many well-known Goan restaurants in the past, this dining experience was truly special. What made our stay even more meaningful were the conversations we had throughout the day with Clay, Mutsoi, and Nijith. We spoke about food, food festivals, and the best places to visit in their hometowns, and it was such a wonderful cultural exchange. These small moments added a personal and heartfelt touch to our trip. The diversity of the team at Ginger Candolim—Rudali from Assam, Mutsoi from Nagaland, Clay from Goa (with a Mumbai influence), and Nijith from Kerala—beautifully reflected the warmth and richness of India’s hospitality. Their kindness, passion, and attention to detail made our stay feel not just like a vacation, but an experience to cherish. Thank you, Ginger Candolim, for such a special stay! We can’t wait to be back.

our stay was extremely smooth & enjoyable. staff here is professional, well trained & polite, needless to mention about ms. vaibhavi at front desk who is just perfect at her job & always welcoming with sweet smile. you really feel valued as guest here. breakfast is also very delicious, though they can add more varieties. i felt little room for improvement in room cleaning at moments, though the hotel is very very clean overall. i highly recommend this hotel for comfortable, hygienic & enjoyable stay for family.

Good support staff, had a good experience staying with the property. Thanks to Vaibhavi from the front desk who helped us a lot also the manager in the restaurant sorry couldn't recollect her name she is always there is breakfast operations asking if we need anything. Also thanks to the kitchen department and housekeeping department who have been doing their job well will visit the property again Thank you for making our stay memorable ❤️ 😁

"One of the biggest and most spacious Ginger properties! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The pool and kids' area were fantastic, and the nearby accessible beaches made it even better. Perfect for families—my toddler had an amazing time. Highly recommend for a fun and relaxing family stay!" Rooms are best, kids area pool everything was just class. Best stay referred all my friends.

The overall service is very good. The breakfast includes many items a perfect blend of North and south.Overall it was a pleasant stay.I strongly recommend this hotel for families.The front desk staff Ms .Shivani helped us in all aspects like local travel assistance etc.She even arranged early breakfast flight pack during check out. A very nice experience

first of all everything is very fine rooms washroom and swimming pool is very neat and clean staff behaviour is good and very supportive breakfast spread is lavish total hotel is very neat and clean i would recommend these hotel to everyone overall very nice experience hope will visit again only 1 request pls maintain everything same as now

Very good rooms and overall services. Food was delicious. Courteous staff. Overall a wonderful experience. I stayed here with my family for a day but extended it to 3 days thereafter as I was totally convinced with their service and guest treatment. It's a pleasure for my entire family. Loved it
