Hotel Review for Goa Continental Stay Duration: 2 nights Overall Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Pros: The location is the only redeeming feature, with easy access to the beach and some local attractions. Cons: 1. Manager's Behavior: The hotel manager, Ankur, was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When we raised concerns about the poor conditions in our room, he responded dismissively and outright refused to address them. His behavior was arrogant, making guests feel unwelcome and undervalued. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this hotel. 2. Hygiene Standards: The hygiene was absolutely unacceptable. The room we were assigned was dirty, with dust accumulating on furniture, stained and poorly washed bedsheets, and a bathroom that reeked of mildew. There were visible mold patches on the walls, and the floor had not been mopped properly. Even after multiple complaints, housekeeping failed to clean the room adequately or replace the soiled linen. 3. Reception Experience: The reception staff set the tone for the terrible experience. Upon arrival, the check-in process was unnecessarily slow, and the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in assisting guests. They were cold and unprofessional, often avoiding eye contact and providing one-word answers to questions. When we requested help with luggage, they blatantly ignored us, leaving us to manage on our own. 4. Amenities and Services: The so-called “amenities” were poorly maintained and far from what was advertised. The swimming pool was unusable, with cloudy water and debris floating on the surface. The air conditioning in the room was faulty and made loud noises throughout the night. The promised Wi-Fi was practically non-existent, with no connectivity in the room and only sporadic access in common areas. Essential supplies such as fresh towels and toiletries were either missing or delivered hours after repeated complaints. 5. Atmosphere: The overall atmosphere of the hotel was unwelcoming. Staff across the board displayed a lack of basic hospitality, and the condition of the property gave a rundown and neglected vibe. Conclusion: Goa Continental is a prime example of how poor management and lack of attention to cleanliness can ruin what should have been a relaxing stay. From the rude and dismissive behavior of the manager, Ankur, to the abysmal state of the rooms and unprofessional reception staff, every aspect of this hotel fell far below basic standards. Recommendation: Avoid this hotel at all costs if you value your peace of mind, cleanliness, and courteous service. There are far better options available in Goa. my friends and I went to Goa for Diwali holiday, and we stayed in this small hotel with a pool, self catering, but Hotel room are not hygiene and many mosquitos 🦟, many lizards 🦎, and staff are not properly service and hotel staff give a booking room are different, hotel staff is Robber my redbulls cans wanted in freeze and most important hotel safety is zero all fire extinguisher 🧯 expired and hotel parking are not available ane this Hotel are not 3 star this is a like a guest house my personal reviews don't book this Hotel

Very well managed property by well mannered and friendly Staff. The hygiene of the property as well as the room is good. All The staff especially the manager is supportive and well behaved. Nice stay choice if you ever visit Goa.
