My recent stay at this place was horrendous, to say the least 1. Accommodation Issue: - Booked for 5 people but given a double bed; others had to sleep on thin mattresses. 2. Rude Owner: - Owner responded rudely and threatened to cancel our reservation when we raised concerns. 3. Mattress Charges: - Charged ₹300 per day for old, dusty, and thin mattresses. 4. Poor Phone Connectivity: - No cell network coverage; provided phone pouch didn't fit any phone. 5. Hygiene Concerns: - Encountered a large cockroach on the main door and on the bed frame. 6. Room Allocation Problems: - Initially given a twin room with two double beds, then shifted to a room with only one double bed. 7. Lack of Hot Water: - No hot water service available. 8. Water Leakage: - Water leakage from the pipes was noticeable. 9. Bugs and Ants: - Significant gap at the bottom of the bathroom door allowed bugs and ants to enter the room. Overall, this stay was marred by a series of issues, poor customer service, and a lack of basic comfort. I would strongly advise against booking at this establishment.

It's a good property & the staffs here were very friendly & warm & their services were satisfactory as well. The only drawback was that we booked it for 6 people but the bed there had capacity of 4 only so they provided us two mattress later on. Apart from this rest of the things were fine here. Even location wise it's very well located as well as beach & market both were located nearby to it.

The initial room given to us was big but was not clean. The flush does not generate enough force. And there were a lot of ants in bed and so I couldn't sleep properly. The next day I got another room which was clean and good for 2 people. There is no lift. There were ants and cockroaches in the bed and room.

No amenities we available, moreover the hotel didn't provide towels and toiletries, no glasses if u wanted u would have to pay. rooms looks good in the beginning, but it had all pest inside, taps were broken. often power cuts, loose/ broken doors. Behaviour of staff is too poor.

Very services by the hotel staff not recommended to anyone no one should rent it . Very bad behaviour of the staffs they talk very rudely they don't know how to talk to guests they don't have zero stars rating options otherwise I would have...

Good spacious rooms with chilling AC, nice mattress, clean linen & washroom but only drawback is there is no mobile network which isn't owners fault so gave five stars Nice location with parking nearby shops, beaches and bus stand

very bad environment. 3 kms away from Baga. we stayed for 3days. room was not cleaned throughout our stay. no room boy available.
