I had a unique experience staying in this hotel. Firstly the rooms were decent , considering the price they are offering. Food was really good. The staff were cooperating. I left my purse in this hote and went to Bikaner….to my surprise Mr Rishi Patel the owner of this property frantically called us , texted us so that he can send the purse back….finally when we contacted him seeing his WhatsApp message where he posted the photo we realised that we left it in his hotel…finally he couriered the thing to us safely…..I really don’t know how to thank him for this kindness….. My suggestion is that this is a very safe place to stay, so please give a try…. Best tour operator in Jaisalmer had a wonderful experience with hotel golden rock

Had an excellent time at Hotel Golden Rock Jaisalmer . Rooms are very neat, hygienic and big. The ambience is very nice. Staff is very friendly. They have 24 hour front desk available. This is the best property under budget in Jaisalmer which gives a luxury experience there Desert Safari is one of the best in Jaisalmer . If you are planning to visit Jaisalmer, please contact them and book, the overall Desert plus Hotel package for best prices we compare their prices with several others but the price and service they offer is not matchable with any other service provider. Golden Rock Jaisalmer is the best hotel and that Desert Camp is also one of the best Desert Camp, which is of 4 star category. excellent

The behaviour of the staff was very good they were very friendly and helpful we loved the service and the food at the best hotel in Jaisalmer me rishi bhai and sonu bhai are very helpful they went out of way to help us our entire stay was neatly planned and executed the service was top notch the service was very good and the staff was very well behaved overall an amazing experience the Gujarati food they serve was the best part of the trip the rooms and washroom have all the modern amenities Best desert safari package we got from hotel golden rock very nice safari of 3 desert and 30 km had a lot of fun the driver was amazing and took care of us

If you want a wonderful stay at a palace/haveli like hotel built in typical Jaisalmeri style this is the place for you.The staff (Hakam)is really helpful and they even arranged a pickup taxi for us from the railway station and a rickshaw guy(Suban Khan) for sightseeing in the city.The manager Rishi Patel is also a great guy who is ready to assist you at any time.I would highly recommend this stay to all Malayalis and Southerners who wants a taste of rural Rajasthan.

Best property in Jaisalmer with luxury ambience. Staff is very helpful and the food was indeed very great. Washrooms are big very hygienic room Service top notch. Though we find this hotel in budget range but still the service is a remarkable. The property looks like a palace is property 10 out of 10 in Jaisalmer , you should definitely book the desert safari. Best best best hotel in budget range which gives a luxury experience. Very nice

Had a wonderfull experience and the hotel the rooms are nice clean the location is peacefull and enough parking space availabe enjoyed a lot with my husband the owners are very helpull and helped us throughout our stay Great for families if they also provide family package for desert safaris wonderfull experince definetly worth visiting if you are travelling with you family can defineltly book golden rock from goibibo

Very pleasant stay in the hotel. Very clean and hygienic rooms. Staff was very polite and cooperative. Food was amazing. Must visit and recommended for tourists. The place is very very beautiful. You will fall in love with the rooms and architecture. Highly recommended! Food is also very good and people are also friendly! 😄

It was a very uncomfortable hotel stay, only 3 children continued serving the service. The restaurant was not available. The hotel was outside the main City. The communication was very bad, auto service charges very high. I was requesting kindly update communication & food service
