Okay so for the first two only good points:1). Property is nice, rooms are spacious2). Food is alright. Durgaprasad does a decent job of running the restaurentNow the reasons why this review is 1 star and why just a good concrete struture doesn't qualify for five star ratings:1). Service is very poor, tata Play was not recharged and it took them hours to get that done. That too not all channels are active. for a room you would expect majority of channels to work but then majority of them don't work. after a day of safari and tired ness some good tv helps to unwind.2). No towels in bathroom upon arrival, resort boys were adamant that towels had been kept, ultimately had to call them inside of an occupied room and show the bathroom that there were no towels placed earlier on when room was being prepared.3). At times when there is load shedding, I had to go (physically) and tell them twice to start the generator. If you are the only guest in the resort, then they won't even be bothered about starting the generator and let you wonder off in the dark4). This is weird, if the lectricity goes off then the intercom stops working. so that means if the electricity is gone and no generators are switched on then you cannot connect to the reception without moving out of your room.5). Two number 8 for restaurent and 9 for reception are being allotted, but 9 doesn't work and 8 nobody bothers. Even if they do the clarity of voice lacks.6). They say that they provide free internet, but when you reach the resort, they welcome you with a notice "No Wifi is available in this property and only Jio Sim works here". Clear case of misleading the customer and loot and lying.7). Usually you expect you room to be made up during the day and when you come back from safari you get clean made up room, but no such thing is done here and no do not distub signs are available so that means you expect a clean made up room every day, but that is not the case.8). If Durgaprasad is not there in the restaurent then you can go sit there and kill time, no body actually engages the guest.All these hassels are not expected in a resort who's per night charge is more than a luxury room's rent in a 4 star property in Pune or similar city. these people need to get thier act together big time.

Dream holiday destination Experience of stay , food, pool, room service, ambience creation effort, upkeep billing : better than Good , towards very good. I will consider repeat visit. The rooms were clean and large and the dining room well set up for our purposes. The grounds were pleasant for relaxing between trips. he staff were so helpful, polite and happy. . Nothing was a trouble for them, they went the extra mile for us. We experienced two safari rides, both different but both excellent. I highly recommend this resort after our experience for the hospitality, the food and the peace.

Great Hospitality and Ambience. We were worried about staying in the jungle area but the owner made us have a comfortable stay along with tasty meal and his personal attendance in whatever possible. Visited here with my family and my overall experience is awesome, staffs are really friendly and supportive, as we came for safari & I booked for morning Safari, we have experienced a wonderful stay at Madhai resort. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
