It was a pleasant experience. They have treated us like their precious customer only. Because of lockdown situation their restaurant was not working. Even then they arranged good food for us. Room was neat. Their service was good. Car parking facility was also there. Overall a good experience. We will definitely recommend to anyone who comes to stay at Idukki town.

The hotel is situated at the centre of Idukki township. You can see the Idukki arch dam from the hotel itself. I think this is the only good hotel in the town . There is adequate parking space and check in was smooth . One drawback was no food is served in the hotel , you need to walk and find restaurants.

The staff at the hotel are friendly and polite. The room is well maintained. There was only light warm water available which for the climate is not sufficient. However the overall ambience is great. One can feel the presence of the dam from the hotel itself. A good place to stay at the end of a tiring day!
