Initially, I was a bit skeptical...because of negative reviews...BUT turned out to be a pleasant surprise... Stayed in small transit room and was really impressed by the facilities provided in the small but neat and clean room, that included a water bottle, soap, towel, excellent AC and TV with cable channels (all Tamil though). Shared toilet/bathroom near the room and very neat and clean. Also had toilet paper. Super quiet ambience in and around the room. And of course, so so close to airport. Actually, hotel is within the airport complex within the metro station. You can reach the departure terminal (both International and Domestic) under less than 10 minutes. Located next to "Ananda Adyar Bhavan" and "Chai Kings" and a few other restaurants. However, the tea is best in CANTEEN downstairs. Ask reception/staff for directions. Receptionist Vikas and assistant Arjun are very friendly and helpful and helped me with smooth and quick check-in at around 2 am midnight. Next day, during check-out, I forgot my mobile charger in the room. Arjun came halfway to the terminal to return it to me ! Overall, an excellent stay during transit in Chennai. Would definitely stay again. Slight disadvantage is that as the hotel is located inside the metro station, the entrance/exits are closed when metro is not working in the night. Kindly call the reception and they will promptly guide you as to how to arrive, if arriving late. Receptionist Vikas came to the entrance of metro station to pick me up around 2 am in midnight.

The accommodation is just beneath the Airport Metro station and is very clumsy and narrow. There is not enough space in the gallery to move around freely. The rooms are too small as compared to the tariff they charge. Even if a small child (3yrs to 5yrs) accompanies the family it would be quite difficult for the family to sleep properly. The linen is not up to mark. The reception desk is not pleasant. At the most only one night stay that too preferably couple (without children) can stay for one night.

This is for behaviour of the staff at reception. I have booked 2 rooms for my friends on my ID. I have visited the grace residency to meet them, they did not allow me to meet them. I requested them and informed booking was done by me. They didn't allow to reach the room and informed to sit at reception only... worst experience

Stay was good and excellent but I don’t know why people are giving negative reviews ! I booked this hotel since it’s near the airport (near international terminal) ! Only hassle I faced is, directions to the hotel but the receptionist guided me correctly on this !

very convenient for accessing the airport. the residency is right beneath the metro terminal and all the airport terminals can be reached within 5-10 minutes of walking from the hotel so for any frequent flyers, this would be the best place to stay in.

The hotel is located just in the airport metro station. Other than that no reason to stay there. Uncleaned dustbins, wet floor, no toiletries and mainly poor matress condition. Full of itching. Didn't sleep whole night. 😞

i dont know why the room is a bit smelly and the bed is not good it is a bit itchy and lot of marks on the bed sheet. even towel has lot of marks, it is not worth the amount that i had spent on the room.

Location only matters.They charge rent based on person count in room not by room rent. Please mention actual tarrif and don't scam people after booking.

The hotel is literally in the Airport compound which is perfect, you can get the lift from the metro station that will drop you inside the Airport

Small room , for urgent or waiting for long hours flight we can stay but 3500 for single night is too costly but its okay to stay.
