Reason behind my low stay Rating are listed below - 1. Allocated wrong room during arrival even after advance booking. 2. Hotel management changed my room 2 times every next day due their internal issues. So I was bound to shift with luggage & my family. So disturbing it was. 3. Also room bathroom water supply was stopped several times. I was staying with my family, so anyone can understand what a horrible condition I have faced. Etc. However hotel staff behavior was good, actually they don't have more open hand to do anything more. All are driven by management only. Thanks.

I booked a superior room On arrival I was given 201, the room had not even a fridge then how it was superior However, due to a fault in the fan, for one night I was shifted to 501 the same category room But, 501 was totally different and looks like superior category room I feel cheated and demand refund for 2 nights stay in 201

By promising me of flexible check out timings which the host hotel was not aware I was forced to pay extra charges of close to 1700 . When I contacted they tendered snd apology orally and closed the topic. The caller was rude enough to disconnect the call.

Bhaut hi bekar tha Meine flexible check in option slect kiya tha early morning 6 to 8 am chechk in ke liye par mujhe nahi mila bahut jda wait krna pda jisse meri meeting miss ho gyai kafi loss ho gya early check nahi hota aur koi support nai karta

Their service is poor. They seem to be understaffed. 50% of the items in the menu card are not available. The rooms are good but many things like refrigerator, table etc. are missing. This is not worthy of being a Sarovar group hotel.

The hotel is very close to Railway station 800m. I do not know why there are some bad ratings. May be something wrong expectation. They are maintaining their professional things.. Very nice

I have booked superior room Initially after check in they gave me normal room.After I have protested they changed it to superior room. I think it is a deliberate act by hotel.
