The overall experience at this hotel was good. Everyone from the staff Atharva, Neha were helpful. We did have a slight scare from a cab driver initially, but that is all on the behavior of the person. The breakfast is simple and not too jazzy, as we get in Goa, however the breakfast taste is awesome. Simple homely breakfast with one south-indian dish, a Marathi dish and a good chai! The rooms are simple and decent enough, everyone in the staff, are local but very efficient in their own way. They have a nice pool, in case you wish to relax in the pool and stay away from the hustle bustle. The property is located in a quiet suburb of Bardez, and very close to Mapusa, Baga, Anjuna & Calangute. My recommendation is a 3*+ for this property, as they are willing to take your feedback and improve at their best. Would love to visit again and stay at the property. Thanks Atharva & Neha, for making our stay warm and pleasant.

it was an amazing experience in hotel that was a luxury hotel with great amenities...i prefer everyone to must visit there. swimming pool with clean water, no restrictions at hotel for night coming and alot of good things are there in a hotel.

It was a fabulous stay at grand goa exotica.. Rooms are very specius and comfortable. Only draw back is room service,they are preety slow at it. Pool side view is awesome.. Good quality food.. Amenities,Playing Area, Safe from All side..
