This hotel is 30 mins away from Gulmarg. The hotel is newly built but no staff. No intercom, no lift which is a problem for senior citizens as they might find it difficult to climb stairs. Don't take ground floor rooms as they are close to filthy kitchen and filled with flies all the time. Coming to food, it's a big rip-off. They charged extra 1000 rupees for breakfast but all they gave was upma and bread butter (being 40 mins away from Srinagar doesn't count for a remote location). Dinner is a compulsory buffet (Rs 500-600 per person). If you plan to stay here (completely avoidable), might as well go to Parsa's which a 5 min walk and has fantastic good.All in all I don't think it was a value for money I paid for 2 rooms 2 nights and I have become a detractor because of poor service and food.

Stayed here while we visited Gulmarg. Despite being a new hotel cleanliness was not an issue. Staff members were quite hospitable and cooperative especially Imitiaz. Overall warm and cozy stay with breathtaking views
