I would like to rate my experience in Grand Kailash as 5 🌟 1st 🌟 for Hotel Ambience and Hospitality I have reserved room for a personal trip with my family. The entrance, lobby , corridor, restaurant, room and washroom are clean, tidy and well maintained. The Hotel staff are well trained and good in meeting the expectations of customers. Especially Mr. Dyaneshwar and other lady staff at Hotel Reception front desk , Mr. Mondal at restaurant and I don't remember other names who delivered best hospitality services. The House keeping and Room service staff are prompt and very responsive to our queries and requirements. 2nd 🌟 for Complimentary Breakfast The complimentary breakfast is delicious with wide spread varieties of North Indian, South Indian and other cuisines. 3rd 🌟 for Locality of Hotel Grand Kailash The Hotel is strategically located near to Airport , ProZone Mall, INOX Cinemas and other areas. 4th 🌟 for Travel Desk facility of Grand Kailash The travel desk service was really very helpful , safe and reliable. As Aurangabad is known for historical monuments like Ellora Caves, Ajanta Caves, Daulatabad Fort , Bibi-ka-Makbara etc and famous temple of 12 th Jyotirlinga Sri. Grishneswar Mandir. After hotel booking you book the hotel cab in advance over phone . The Hotel Cab driver Mr. Khayyum was really good , polite and experienced safe driving to above mentioned places. This cab service is perfect for People visiting Aurangabad for tourism purpose. 5th 🌟 for Hotel relaxation in Check-in and Check-out timings Now a days every hotel maintain standard check-in and check-out timings and Hotel Grand Kailash follow the same 12:00pm to 12:00pm. I have reached hotel at 11:00AM and they have given check in based on the availability of room and given grace time of 2 hours again based on request and availability big rooms at the time of check-out. I really found it very helpful and met my expectations.

This hotel will give you a pleasant experience overall. There are many hits but a few misses as well. I shall start with the good points first. 1. Nice location, very easy to locate, on the main road to airport. 2. Rooms are well maintained, room service is very prompt and reception is pleasant. 3. The highlight of this hotel is its restaurant, food here are really tasty. 3 cheers for its chefs!!! 4. Staff are well experienced and key positions have middle aged people, this shows that the management is taking good care of its staffs. Their experience shows in their communication and service. Now, some not so good observations. 1. Basement parking is very small, it has its own challenges as it can accommodate 5-6 cars only. 2. It does not have any attraction for kids. 3. Internet is not good, after multiple attempts and directions from reception, i finally gave up and used my mobile data. As i said earlier, you would still find the positives of this hotel can easily make to ignore its negatives and you would be satisfied at the end. My best wishes to all of its staffs, i can't name all of them who made a good impression on us.

I have stayed for 3 nights and this is my 3rd visit to property. Stay was very pleasant. Property is located in a prime area and with all modern amenities breakfast is delicious and has variety of items

It's really a very good n well maintained hotel. Staff are courteous and friendly.Both veg n non veg food were awesome.. Overall very good and memorable experience..
