The Grand Plaza, is a very well maintained hotel. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The rooms were quite clean and the hotel view was awesome!. The food quality and variety was good. Nicest staff I have ever encountered at the hotel. Also friendly and makes customers feel welcome. Loved the charm of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is visiting Munnar. Wish we weren’t just passing through!

It was a very pleasant stay. Excellent room, room service and food. Very flexible and humble staffs. We really enjoyed the rever view. The staffs are very nice. very clean and sanitized rooms. great and spacious car parking.We got a surprise while we checked in, by offering free upgrade room. The breakfast was very good. Food taste is also excellent. Non spicy. We will definitely recommend this hotel for family, they provide extra facilities for kids.overall everything good, no negative.

Reception staff is very nice. Location is ~2km from the main market. Nearby departmental store, restaurants etc is good. They maintain very good cleanliness. Note that there is no AC in the rom. However, we did not need it in mid-Feb. It was really cold at night. Note that they provide spring mattress. It is in good condition but I prefer normal soft mattress. Overall experience was very nice.

Centrally located property, with finely designed and well maintained rooms (Loved the view of our room esp.!). Very polite, friendly and professional staff. Make sure to try their Chilly Fish, Dal Tadka and Kadai Paneer. In a nutshell, it was an amazing experience right from check-in to check-out. Kudos to the team! :)

Had Great Stay in Grand Plaza. Staff was very supportive and Polite. We went to celebrate our 1st Anniversary in Munnar and All the arrangement done by them was awesome specially for candlelight dinner for us on short notice. Definitely recommend Grand Plaza to others.

Very nice and comfortable stay, 5 stars for the hotel staff and management.only suggestion is to change the light colour in the room which is currently at Golden to possibly White lights which will add more brilliance to the rooms.overall excellent experience

The hotel is in a very good location. In the middle of the city but away from the crowd. Only 1.5 KM from Munnar Bus Stand. The view from the room window is very good. The staff is very polite and helpful. If you are coming to munnar, I recommend this hotel.
