The room was deficient in amenities. Bathroom Towels ane only 2 mini bars of soap were already provided between 3 persons. No shampoo, handwash, or toilet roll in the washroom. The toilet lighting was very dim too. Mineral water bottle was to be paid for. The room didn't have e-kettle/cups/spoons/sugar/tea or coffee sachets either. The linen were not very clean, and the room we were provided [Room 207] was very congested and small. Would have appreciated more if we got an extra single bed instead of having to sleep on extra matress on the floor, apart from the double bed. The hotel provides for Tea, breakfast option [on payment basis] but don't have their own kitchen. Outside food is allowed. It is close to Ujjain junction, and Mahakaleshwar [5-8 mins by auto rickshaw]. There is lift and people at the reception are cooperative. It was average. 2+1 [double bed, matress] arrangement. Congested. Not worth what we paid for on Goibibo for this booking.

worst property to stay unhygienic and zero cleanlinessgiving used linen to the guest.switch board are broken which are unsafe for the kids.I booked executive suite room and got regular room. .the rooms are stinky when asked to change the room they refused.I only stayed here for 1 hour and got out of the hotel no refund no apology from the hotel staff for their behaviour.owner of the hotel is very rude and denying his mistakes which are in the photos.

No service staff & house keeping. They don't have restaurant though they show its picture. Telecom does not work, Tape didn't work, TV cable was not operating. Absolutely ridiculous service, not even worth to spend a penny and they show its 2 star hotel chain. has not service quality and amenities. We had to call on the manager personal phone number to call waiter. Absolutely pathetic to stay here.

very bad experience we have too dirty bedsheets washroom staff is also not supportive 3 times I were called them for towelalso we booked room with breakfast but they told their kitchen is not open right now then they provide me only 1 breakfast;this is totally waste of my money for this booking so please do not book for this hotel with breakfast

Please don't book this Hotel, your whole trip will get spoiled if you do so. It's not at all maintained: 1. Stained Bedsheets 2. Uncooperative Staff 3. Leaking AC 4. Worse Washrooms 5. Stained Towels 6. Worn out Matress and Sofa Please see the pictures attached, you will get an idea of what I am talking about. FYI - I stayed here in Aug 2024

The rooms are okay but so not worth of the price ... you can get much better rooms than this .. location is also not great .. only the surrounding area was nice .. rest nothing.. also they sent 2 water bottles and charged for 4 .. please make sure note down each facility taken gets noted properly

Room was different as shown in picture. Quality is not good as compared Room was full of mosquitos as no glasses in bathroom window. no geyser in bathroom. Water pressure is very low in bathroom. toilet gun almost not working due to low pressure.

Good experience this time, good specious and clean rooms, but room service is slow, hotel can correct it with employing more staff Good parking space, and situated on broad main road in heart of city, easily approcheble, nice location

no cleanliness. large number of mosquito I the room. you have to use mosquito repellent. poor linnen quality. no amenities. not even phone in the room. delayed room service. no responsibility. please don't stay in this property.

Location is excellent. Staff behaviour is good. Rooms were clean. Slight inconvenience faced with the Bathroom utilities. These were not functioning properly. Overall experience is Ok.

Hotel is near Railway station, Rooms are clean and hygienic. washroom is neat and clean. Hot water, polite staff. co-operation is highly appreciated 👍. Highly recommended for future.
