Very nice & peaceful place to stay. The rooms have a tv, ac, fridge & a balcony with a table to enjoy your drink. Bathrooms are well maintained and hygienic. The staff is very cooperative & polite, I asked them to shift my room from ground floor to first floor with a pool view, they assured me and the next day I was provided the requested room. I did not try the food, but you can relax in garden area and order your food. The location is at a 5mins walking distance from the candolim beach. You will find foreigners staying here and in nearby. I definitely recommend this place to stay. Only issue that I faced here is bad Network Coverage :( For better network connectivity you will have to walk to towards the main road

Resort is at very near proximity to Candolim beach...5 mins by walk. Resort is in very nice quite area near to beach..Rooms were good and well maintained with AC, Fan, Fridge in good condition.. Parking is an issue if you come by car..otherwise rental bikes can be parked outside along the road Restaurants and shops are close by. On Calangute - Candolim road, you will find many fine restaurants where you can spend good time.. Pool is also good .cleaned daily and well maintained.. Good resort for a family..Would love to visit again next time

I have stayed with my wife and 2 kids. we have stayed in their studio room. The room size was enough to keep four double size cot. The room had additional sofa cum bed. we stayed for 5 days. we enjoyed it a lot. it had swimming pool and restaurant facilities. 24/7 hot water. they supplied drinking water 2 ltr bottles. Wifi is also available. it is near candolim Beach 700 mtrs away. we can reach by 5 mins walk. lot of restaurant options available in 2 km surroundings. thanks.

I can rate average for this hotel , as their are some certains pros and cons : Pros: Big spacious room and washrooms Booked with balcony room thats is good space wise Cons: Not good service Staff behaviour was below average , means you have to go down and request your needs like drinking water etc. Expensive food No proper cleaning Parking space problem Pool is not cleaned

1. Gyser was not working.2. Clothes shack was not available in room.3. D2H connection was not recharged.4. Landline connection was available in room but same was not working. every time we need go down to reception to inform about the requirement.5. Room was not cleaned up properly.

Staff was very humble and polite. Had a good calm experience staying here for 3 days. Service was very fast and up to the mark. Rooms with balcony. Hotel serves veg as well as non-veg food in their restaurent.

this place is wrongly named a resort. there is hardly any room which can accommodate a family yet they keep booking family rooms. since the hotel is undergoing renovation, there is constant noise.

It's a nice location to stay. Candolim beach is just near the resort. Staff are awesome. The room is also good.. Just one problem is,there in no restaurants in the resort.Swimming pool

Room were neat and clean but please carry a mosquito repellent if you are planning to stay here. Also there is no proper supply of hot water throughout the day.
