it's a worst experience as staff were unprofessional and manager is the worst person in this hotel. breakfast was free but the quality of food were too bad. when we compain about this to manager, she was screaming on us and said if you didnt like the quality you can leave and book another hotel. this was ridiculous behaviour of that lady. I have captured the video of the screaming manager of the hotel. this they have done because they had a big group came in their hotel so they were busy in giving service to then only. and we as family were ignored. we had to leave the hotel in mid just because of the unprofessional and rude behavior of the manager. I will strongly not recommend this property to any family or coule. even room cleaning staff also uneducated. totally waste of money.

The properties location is good as it's located very near to the beach but my stay experience in this property was not good as the room which I stayed in was very dirty & was very smelly & even after complaining about it they did nothing for it. There was connectivity issue as well as they even provided the WiFi facility over her but it wasn't working properly. Their staffs behavior was not good too.

It is a nice hotel near Calangute beach with a luxurious interior and with great amenities. they have everything like a gym, play area, spa, swimming pool area cafe, bar and many more things.they have best room categories and very specious too. staff is very helpful and hote rooms are neat and clean. thank you for great hospitality.

Very small rooms and poor service to every need the answer from the staff was a big NO. breakfast menu was pathetic. Not worth even 50% of the cost in which I booked the hotel. the only good thing was the location closer to the beach. overall a very sad stay I would say.

Basic amenities is missing like coffee sugar sashes 1 TV not working 2 Intercoms not working No staff will be able to attend or respond properly Some functions is in the hotel, the noise of dhol we r not able to sleep Premises is good Ok

hotel staff was friendly...the only issue I had was with housekeeping... had to follow up with them multiple times to get fresh towels and get the room cleaned... restaurant service is excellent and fast... safe hotel to stay for women

WHEN WE ARRIVED , WE WERE GREETED WITH A WARM SMILE WHICH MADE US FELT WANTED AND FRIENDLY . STAFF IS CO-OPERATIVE , THEY TOOK CARE OF MY SPECIAL NEEDS WHILE DINNING . OVERALL , GOOD EXPERIENCE AND ENJOYABLE .

It was near to the beach. Food was good. Service was not good. There was a electricity problem. No one came to repair it. Swimming pool,gym,spa and garden were available. It was secure place to stay.
