One of the best hospitality which I have witnessed in Hotel Green Casa when I compare it to other hill stations' hotels. I would like to specially mention Mohsin and Jameel who were always ready to serve whatever we wanted. One important thing without which it would be difficult to stay in such hill station is "hot water". They provide you hot water to get freshen up or drinking whenever you want. Cleanliness of rooms were awesome and they maintain it daily. It was like a second home for us for 5 days. They also took very great care of my 2 year old son as well. The 700 meter road till hotel and limited food items are some drawbacks but it gets compensated when you experience their service and their generous attitude. I would definitely recommend this hotel for every Ooty visitor. Excellent hospitality, always ready to help the guests and homely atmosphere.

Green Casa is Loacted in Ooty, 6 km from Ooty Lake, provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a shared area and a garden. The accessibilty to the hotel is slightly difficult and due to road construction work at the time of visit, we were not able reach the hotel easily. Parking was difficult and had to park in common area without proper security. Rooms were cleaned and neatly maintained and are equipped with a seating area and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The accommodation offers a continental breakfast but there isnt much options though. Food was okay. Ooty Rose Garden is 2.5 km from the hotel. The nearest airport is Coimbatore International Airport, 95 km from the hotel. Overall it was a pleasant stay but we felt that the room tariffs were on a higher side though.

A nice resort with a good view. It is away from the city crowd, 3kms from the city centre. Rooms were neat and well maintained. Rooms could be a little more spacious. It was hard for 3 persons to share a room. They will arrange camp fire with party speakers and mic if you pay an extra 1000rs. A special mention to the restaurant staff. Their hospitality was excellent. The resort's in house restaurant was not functioning due to covid but they delivered food from nearby restaurant on request, assisted with our travel plans, parking, carried out luggages, delivered tea/coffee even during late night with a smile. Recommended.

The hotel denied booking in Green Casa and provided an alternative which is of much lower standard late in the night. In the alternative geyser was not working and hence we had to bathe in freezing cool water. They haven't confirmed that rooms are over booked on time. Breakfast provided is also very unplanned and not of proper quantity.

The Green Casa is a very beautiful place to stay, which is only 2 km from Ooty. The view from the hotel is awesome. Children can play around the property. Also we enjoyed food which they served us, all staffs are very friendly. Rooms are very neat and tidy. Yes really we enjoyed the property which we felt very homely.
