It was the best place for a stay over there, the people there are so gooood they r so polite and they were so good to us and the room was so clean and tidy, its near to checkpost it has good nature vibe the birds over there in the morning it's so lovely and we had the best experience over there it was like being like a own house, i would recommend it here for a good stay and it's a very good couple friendly place and would like to visit there in the future again if we go again. We had easy check in there was no trouble in check in and its a couple friendly hotel and we were treated with good care from them

I won't call it a hotel rather than I will call it another house .it's like a home stay.We got a feeling of a family.The hospitality given to us was like we are in our house only .Home cooked food and services were given which didn't made us feel like we are living in a monologue hotel.I really appreciate the love and warmth given by the house owners .I would encourage everyone to visit and have a stay whenever u visit Gokarna . The family feeling from the house owners.

* Owner (couple) are awesome. * ask to make chicken and chawal, biryani.. amazing tasty food. * room is very clean. * can get rental bike infront of hotel , that garage. it's also cheaper than all. (500/- per day at pick time). * near to KSRTC bus stop(800m) Really don't want to leave the hotel. surrounding with birds jungles... thanks didi.and bhaiya...(owner)...

Very good and Affordable Home stay. the owners are very sweet and friendly and also you will get good Home made food. Very good experience. Also it is surrounded with Greenery around and Main Gokarna Beach is at walking distance. and other beaches 5-7 Kms away. Also, the owners have Rickshaw available,so any time access to the Rickshaw is possible.

Best low cost and simple accommodation in Gokarna with a very friendly family. If you're looking for somewhere more peaceful and don't mind a short walk or ride in to town then this is perfect. I ended up staying a couple of weeks here.

super stay it is..we feel we are staying with my family members like that they are treating us... the atmosphere also very pleasant we enjoy lot..it is near to all temples and gokarna beach...we are planning to come again...

we had a peaceful stay at greenland guesthouse. It is close to bus stand. owner's are very polite and they have guided us to reach tourism places in gokarna and mrudeshwar.They had restaurant facility in the ground floor.

Nice place they have provided extra bed without any additional charges. Water is not provided in the room. You can get your water bottled and they can refill it.
